Tara Charlotte
Founder
Tara brings over 20 years of experience in education and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and founded Tara Charlie Creative to bring creative brands to her community. As one of the founders of Creative Soul Camp, she helped lead innovative, joy-centered programming that empower kids to explore their creativity. She is also the founder of Yummy Sprout, a beloved culinary program that teaches children confidence and connection through cooking.
In 2025 Tara launched Holly Bee Art and Wonder Palette Camp.
When she’s not building imaginative spaces for young learners, Tara loves spending time cooking with her family, tackling trivia nights, hiking, writing, crafting and painting, traveling, getting lost in good books, and walking her dogs.
Theater Director
Corissa Elder
Corissa brings her love of storytelling and creativity to her role as Theater Director! With over ten years of experience teaching drama to kids, she has a gift for helping young performers feel confident, expressive, and proud of the magic they create onstage. She founded ALL ABOUT THE DRAMA and has worked on many local productions.
In addition to her work in theater, Corissa is also a dedicated paraeducator, supporting students of all backgrounds and learning styles. She believes that every child has something special to share and loves creating a space where imagination and teamwork shine.
When she’s not directing or cheering on her campers, Corissa enjoys spending time with her family and her two mischievous cats. She’s an avid fan of Dungeons & Dragons, board games, reading, and music—hobbies that inspire the creativity and adventure she brings to every rehearsal.
Corissa can’t wait to help campers step into the spotlight and make this summer’s productions unforgettable!

Lyss Dabner
Lyss is an accomplished administrative professional, renowned for her extensive background in volunteer and care organizations. With her exceptional leadership skills, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire teams and drive initiatives that make a impact in the community. Her keen sense of style and design not only reflects her spirit but also enhances her approach to problem solving and project management.
In her personal life, Lyss enjoys mountain biking adventures with her husband, son, and their beloved dog, Kobi, showcasing her commitment to family and an active lifestyle. Beyond pursuits, she is passionate about reading cooking, and painting, continuously seeking opportunities for personal growth and artistic expression. Lyss embodies a blend of professionalism and creativity, making her a valuable in any collaborative environment.
